He oversees acquisitions, development, and asset management for an extensive and diversified portfolio of commercial and residential real estate holdings. Before Weinstock Companies, Brad was Senior Vice President of Goldrich & Kest, a leading U.S. real estate development concern. At Goldrich & Kest, he had P&L responsibility for several large development projects, including The Grand Promenade, Marina Pointe Apartments and Condominiums, and Bel Air Crest. He has established strong relationships with civic leaders, the capital markets, and the design community throughout his career.
Trevor Broderick
Trevor Broderick is the Chief Financial Officer of Weinstock Companies. He has a 30-year track record of buying and developing institutional quality assets in the Western United States. His tenure with 3 of Los Angeles’ oldest and most prolific private ownership groups has given him vast experience running acquisitions, development, and management, acting as managing partner for over 20 years. He has completed acquisitions totaling more than 4 billion dollars.
Lumi Voinescu
Lumi Voinescu is the Chief Operating Officer of Weinstock Companies. She has overseen asset management for a $150,000,000 residential real estate portfolio, including acquisitions, development, financing activities, and dispositions. A well-versed people leader, Lumi is focused on scaling the Weinstock organization and enabling the team and partners to collaborate to achieve extraordinary results. She was instrumental in launching several new lines of business, including in-house property management, serviced medical suites, and a hospitality group.
Jacob Leonard
Jacob Leonard is a Development Associate at Weinstock Companies. He’s played a vital role in Weinstock’s pre-development and construction processes, including multi-family ground-up, value-add, and adaptive reuse developments. He spearheaded the underwriting, market analysis, and feasibility studies for recent acquisitions — interfacing with architects, engineers, land-use planners, and attorneys.
