Jacob Leonard is a Development Associate at Weinstock Companies. He’s played a vital role in Weinstock’s pre-development and construction processes, including multi-family ground-up, value-add, and adaptive reuse developments. He spearheaded the underwriting, market analysis, and feasibility studies for recent acquisitions — interfacing with architects, engineers, land-use planners, and attorneys.

Before joining Weinstock Companies in 2020, Jacob interned at Colony Capital as an acquisitions analyst and Covenant Real Estate Group, working on medical office developments throughout the United States. As a licensed California real estate salesperson, he has transacted on 40M+ of luxury residential estates in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara counties. Jacob graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Economics and a certificate in Technology and Entrepreneurship. 

Jacob lives in Los Angeles and is a passionate tennis player, surfer, and mountain-biker.
