Brad Weinstock is the Chief Executive Officer of Weinstock Companies. He oversees acquisitions, development, and asset management for an extensive and diversified portfolio of commercial and residential real estate holdings. Before Weinstock Companies, Brad was Senior Vice President of Goldrich & Kest, a leading U.S. real estate development concern. At Goldrich & Kest, he had P&L responsibility for several large development projects, including The Grand Promenade, Marina Pointe Apartments and Condominiums, and Bel Air Crest. He has established strong relationships with civic leaders, the capital markets, and the design community throughout his career.

A graduate of the University of Southern California and a licensed California General Contractor and Real Estate Salesperson, Brad is a congregant of Temple Israel in Hollywood and a member of Brentwood Country Club’s Chapter of the United Jewish Fund.

Brad lives in Los Angeles with his wife Lisa and children, Julian, Georgie, Eden, and their two spirited terriers, Brooks and Bentley.
